    I am doing 30 push-ups, meditation but it is not still regular. So I am not getting any benefits yet. I have also decided to use visualization techniques and will take showers regularly..

    1. loneliness and social anxiety are indeed one of the biggest causes of relapse. NoFap becomes 10x more difficult when you are alone.
