1: Start Jumping
This one is pretty weird but effective at the same time. You can also use a rope to jump. When you’ll do that, it will instantly shift your brain, and doing that releases happiness hormone also known as endorphins in your body.

Your body releases a hormone called Serotonin it is a key hormone that stabilizes our mood, feelings of well-being, and happiness. This hormone impacts your entire body. It enables brain cells and other nervous system cells to communicate with each other. Serotonin also helps with sleeping, eating, and digestion.
Try to spend time with those people who have a great sense of humor. Also, try to not take stress unnecessarily because it may end your journey way sooner.
3: One Hour Internet Challenge
Nowadays, an average person uses the internet like 3 to 6 hours a day, it is very difficult to stay away from porn when you give this large chunk of your time surfing the web. You’ll easily encounter any picture or video which will trigger urges to watch porn.
I wanna give you a challenge, use the internet only for one hour a day for your personal use (You can use the internet for office, college, or school work), check your Insta, watch Youtube or open your Facebook, do whatever you want to (except porn), remember only for an hour.
If one hour challenge fails, then try 30 minutes, if that also fails then cut the time more, but try not to increase it because the more you’ll spend time on the web, the more the chances of relapse increase.
4: Use Social Media Apps To Kill Urges
Posting your streak on social media groups makes you feel better and motivated to cross more days on Nofap. It also encourages others to start their own journey.
I am a part of a group called Nofap Warriors on Facebook, and whenever I feel low, I post to that group, and I get responses from other people almost instantly, which helps me to continue my journey.
Not only Facebook, but there are other social media that can also help, for example, Whatsapp, Telegram, and Instagram. You can turn social media into a weapon to counter the urges of Nofap.

5: Recall The Benefits Before Watching Porn
If urges are high then sit calmly and write down or think about the benefits. Ask questions like, Why you have started this journey? Am I that weak? Is porn bigger than my career?
These types of questions will help in waking up your true self. Try your best to come out of that position by choosing the right decision, and remember, a good decision can change your life forever.
6: Leave Everything And Go Outside ASAP!
There are two types of world, one where you live inside a box also known as your room and the other one is outside, where only hard workers win.
Watching porn while sitting inside your room, gives your brain a wrong perspective about the outer world. It doesn’t make your brain stronger to compete with others, instead, it limits your brain. Have you ever thought about why you are forgetting small things so much nowadays? You guess it right, it is because of the time that you are giving to PMO.
You can remove those thoughts from your mind when you go outside. Engaging with people, sharing your thoughts, and telling the situation that you are in right now will make you strong enough to remove porn and masturbation addiction completely from your life.

7: Urges Don’t Last Long
Enjoy the feeling that you are having right now. I face urges almost daily but I don’t give a f*ck to it. I just do my work, and let that time pass. I know that it will not last long, but if I relapse then that regret will sure last long.
Be strong in that moment, try not to open those sites. If it is possible then take a bath. Showers are very effective in changing the mood or you can listen to songs or watch any sports thing on Youtube.
