Hell yeah, it’s been 30 days of NoFap, and feeling really good. It was not an easy journey for me because I was so addicted.
When I decide that I will be on a NoFap journey I felt I can do this but believe me bro’s that wasn’t that easy because you got struck by really hard urges.
I remember when I was on day 3 I almost relapsed but at that time I got a thought that thinks about the benefits which you will get after this challenge.
The most difficult days in my opinion on a Nofap journey are day 3rd, day 7, and day 15 between those days almost 90 percent of NoFap warriors relapsed.
I think if you can pass these days without relapsing then you can do the 90 days challenge as well.
Let’s talk about the changes which I noticed after completing the day 30 of NoFap.
1:- My hair becomes really smooth and strong and it impacted my beard as well.
Our sperm contains important proteins and enzyme’s and after jerking off we lose those essential nutrients which could have helped our hair.
2:- I am feeling like a beast, fear is fading away from my eyes.
Every guy needs the courage to overcome his fear but when we fap every day we feel fear of the future and anxiety that makes us weaker.
3:- My voice is becoming heavy and it’s feel good to have a loud and clear voice.
Nofap makes your testosterone level high and that makes your voice loud and clear, which is hella sexy.

4:- A real desire of sex.
Nofap makes you realize that you were wasting your precious time, watching random people having sex, and you are doing nothing you are not having sex instead you are wasting your time that could have been used at other works.
5:- Feeling healthy, I didn’t get any sick throughout this journey.

It is happening because I don’t feel any anxiety now and now I’m not hiding an embarrassing addiction.

You can eat some food which can help your anxiety to go even faster. These are some of the best foods which can help you to fight anxiety.

9:- Feeling proud of my self because I have beaten one of my greatest enemies and it feels really good to pass 30 days.
I have been addicted to p*rn as an addict there wasn’t any hope alive for me and I ran toward depression.
I wanted to leave that addiction because I knew was drawing me into deep darkness but I was weak and I was sad.
A voice inside my head was telling me that brother this is not the end, you are a warrior and warriors don’t lose any fights, and finally, it’s been a month but the journey didn’t end here, it is the beginning.
So these were some benefits that I have noticed after 30 days.
You should also take a nofap challenge cause it has an infinite number of benefits and you can get these benefits after completing 90 days, you can do this if you really want to see the change in yourself.
It is not an easy job I know but everything seems impossible until it’s done.
Now let’s talk about tricks which helped me a lot on this journey.
1:- Whenever I felt like I will lose this battle, I went out of my room for exercise and I controlled my urges.
The urges which you will feel on the NoFap journey are very strong and you can use it to do something physical like exercise.
2:- The best method to stop urges is by listening to your favorite song. Listen to motivational songs it will divert your mind and you will feel motivated as well.
3:- Take a cold shower it really helps because it will give your body a shock and you will start worrying about more things like study or your plans or your relationship.
4:- Start thinking about the benefits that you will get after completing this challenge. Just think about if you relapse you have to start the journey again from day one. You wanna be a hero or a loser just think about it.
5:- Watch youtube videos, I used to do that whenever I was alone and whenever I was about to lose the challenge I started to watch my favorite YouTubers.
