4: High energy
It’s actually a positive thing, and I bet most people will see this effect. It is important to use your energy on something intense.
If you let the energy waste then this could be bad for you because it could push you to a relapse. It is better to get tired by working your ass off than watching porn and getting tired of it.

There are many ways to deal with a headache, and the best and most effective would be having tea with a good amount of ginger. You’ll feel better after having it.
