  • 10 Foods To 10X Semen Retention Benefits

As you all know how powerful semen retention is, but do you know that you can easily 10X the benefits by adding these foods to your daily routine.

The list of foods that I am about to list here in this post is scientifically proven to benefit male health, and I am certain that you’ll see positive results if you add these foods to your daily diet.

So without wasting any more time let’s jump into it.

1: Eggs (my personal favorite)

Eggs are high in protein and have everything that a person requires to live a healthy lifestyle.

Some people say that it increases bad cholesterol however they don’t know that it also contains good cholesterol as well and that’s why it doesn’t harm anyone in any way.

You can eat the yellow part of the eggs without fearing anything, but if you are allergic to egg yolk then you can avoid it.

Eggs are a great source to increase sperm count and testosterone levels. They are also good at enhancing muscle mass and boosting stamina.

What would you ask for more, in my opinion, it is the best food for a person who wants to reboot himself from the disaster’s effects of PMO.

Include eggs in your daily life as soon as possible you have not been added them yet!

2: Dry Fruits

Dry fruits such as almonds are a good source to boost dopamine levels. They are filled with lots of tyrosine which is proven to increase dopamine.

They are also rich in protein and does not require any special time to consume. You can fill them in your pocket and eat them whenever you want to.

They also taste good, I mean everything in this list tastes good but they give a special taste which I personally like. My most favorite and recommended dry fruit would be cashews.

3: Green Leafy Vegetables

You can not make a list of great foods without adding green leafy vegetables because they have everything in them to build a healthy lifestyle.

Many people will go for fast food such as french fries, but if you have chosen a NoFap lifestyle then go for green vegetables because they don’t have any disadvantages.

I’ve not been a big fan of green vegetables but since I started Nofap, I have added them to my routine, and believe me, they’ve done a lot for me. I feel fresh and active since I’ve added them.

4: Chicken/Fish

The protein factor puts chicken fourth in this list. Many gym trainers guide newbies to add chicken to their diet, because of its high protein.

Per 100gm of chicken contains about 30gm of protein and that’s some pretty crazy numbers. It can easily fill your protein requirement.

I know it is not possible for some people to eat chicken daily, in that case, you can create a schedule and you can stick to the schedule but make sure to at least increase the quantity of chicken you are consuming.

5: Fortified plant milk

According to Healthline.com, Fortified milk is widely used around the world to help people get nutrients that may otherwise be lacking in their diets.

Fortified milk is cow’s milk that contains extra vitamins and minerals that are not naturally found in milk in significant amounts.

You can add fortified milk to your diet if you don’t want much change in your daily diet. You can just replace your normal milk with it, and it will do for you.

Fortified milk is popular mainly in the US, however, you can also find it in your country. If you arent getting in your near market then order it online.

6: Cheese

Say cheese!

Cheese is a great source of calcium, fat, and protein. It also contains high amounts of vitamins A and B-12, along with zinc, phosphorus, and riboflavin.

Cheese made from the milk of 100 percent grass-fed animals is the highest in nutrients and also contains omega-3 fatty acids and vitamin K-2.

Now when you know how many vital nutrients cheese hides, why not start adding more cheese to your diet.

7: Citrus Fruits

These types of fruits are mainly famous for their excess of Vitamin C. I am a huge huge fan of foods that tastes sour.

Besides Vitamin C, they are also great to improve mood. I think that’s why the people who eat more citrus fruits stay happy and calm all the time.

Orange is a great example of citrus fruit. It is among the world’s most popular fruits, as they’re both tasty and nutritious. They are a good source of vitamin C, as well as several other vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants. For this reason, they may lower your risk of heart disease and kidney stones.

8: Garlic and Ginger

They are recommended by every grandma on this planet. I am not someone’s grandma but I still do recommend it to you just because I have seen the difference in my immunity before and after adding them.

It is one of the most beneficial in this list, I have not put them in the number one position just because not everyone will eat them on the regular basis, but if you can do this then you would see a great improvement in your immunity.

You can blend them or mesh them and use them in a curry. It will also improve the taste of the curry if used in the right amount.

9: Oatmeal

Here comes my morning routine. OATMEAL!!

Oatmeals are among the healthiest grains on earth.

They’re a gluten-free whole grain and a great source of important vitamins, minerals, fiber, and antioxidants.

Studies show that oats and oatmeal have many health benefits.

These include weight loss, lower blood sugar levels, and a reduced risk of heart disease.

It is a super food for a fapstronaut!

10: Oyster

Oysters might be a little difficult to find for some people but if you do then it could provide many benefits to you.

Oysters are saltwater bivalve mollusks that live in marine habitats such as bays and oceans.

They’re a vital part of the ecosystem, filtering pollutants out of the water and providing habitats for other species, such as barnacles and mussels.

Oysters are low in calories yet loaded with nutrients, including protein, healthy fats, vitamins, and minerals.

For example, a 3.5-ounce (100-gram) serving provides over 100% of the RDI for vitamin B12, zinc, and copper, and over 75% of your daily needs for selenium and vitamin D.

These tasty shells are also a good source of omega-3, a family of polyunsaturated fats that play important roles in your body, such as controlling inflammation and keeping your heart and brain health.

People who eat diets high in omega-3 fats have a lower risk of developing conditions like heart disease and type 2 diabetes.

If you are living somewhere near the ocean then this could be the food for you.
