Throughout my journey of NoFap, I have seen some incredible benefits, but some of them are pretty weird, and that’s what I am going to discuss today.
Btw, I am on day 77 right now while writing this post. I need to complete 13 more days to reach the milestone of 90 days. If I get success, then it will be my third time touching a 90 day mark.
I noticed these weird benefits when I crossed two months on NoFap. So, without wasting any more time lets start.
(These benefits that I am sharing with you are personally observed by me)
1: Increases Foot Strength/Power
I am a footballer (Soccer player), I play for my college football team as a central midfielder. As a CM, I have to run more than any player on the field.
On average, in case you don’t know, CM runs 7 to 10 kilometers in every match. So, you’ll need a lot of stamina to play in this position.
When I used to masturbate, I couldn’t able to break through into the first team, but when I stopped, after a couple of weeks, I felt the spike in energy and that helped me to show my true potential in front of my coach.
As a footballer, it is important to train your legs, your legs have to be strong to handle the pressure. Footballers don’t quit leg day.

Not only me but there are many people who have noticed that their jawline is getting stronger and stronger day by day. However, jawline exercise did play a major role in that but before starting Nofap people were doing the same exercise of jawline but wasn’t getting the right result so that says how much Nofap is helping them in getting the kind of jawline that they want.
3: I can Do Pullups More Now
According to my experience, Pull-ups are the most difficult and most beneficial exercise.
When I first hit the gym. My trainer told me to do warm and that warmup included pull-ups so I thought that I can do this however I struggled to perform even 3 pull-ups without support.
On that day I realized how hard it is.
My friend Mohit and I joined the gym at the same time, and he was gaining faster than me, he also started to hit 10 – 15 reps of pull-ups, where I was stuck at 5.
Now when I am Nofap, I challenge him, and the fun part is, sometimes I beat him. Another thing, now I look like I go to the gym, before that when I used to masturbate daily, there was not much change to notice.

4: More Excitement While Watching Sports Or Playing Video Games
Regular porn and masturbation makes everything boring. It becomes hard to find happiness and easy to focus on sad things.
I was doing everything but wasn’t feeling anything. PMO snatches your happiness and most people don’t understand it. PMO could be the cause of depression because it makes you alone, you feel uncomfortable in meeting people and you become alone and watch porn even more to counter loneliness.
Believe me, when you’ll stop all this shit. Even the smallest of things becomes very interesting, you will feel confident, and confidence brings happiness. That confidence will help you in going out of the room and meeting people, sharing your feelings, and feeling happy.
Btw, watching sports becomes so excited even if your team is losing. I remember the match between Germany vs South Korea 2018 world cup, even though I was supporting Germany, I was happy for South Korea.
Not just sports but even video games become so good. I become angry, I become happy, but I feel the emotion, but when I used to masturbate, I was a dead rubber.
