Last night I relapsed.

I was going through a really tough period, and couldn’t resist my urges. I felt bad, but I decided to begin my journey again.

You don’t need to be sad if you’ve also relapsed. Failure is a part of the journey. “Only those who dare to fail greatly can ever achieve greatly.” This quote motivated me to get up and fight again.

Feel happy, some people aren’t even trying. They are living in a fake world where porn and masturbation consider as a good activity.

It doesn’t matter how many days you’ve crossed. The thing that matters the most is how harder you’re trying next time.

Focus on things that can help you change your loser mindset. To get a champion mindest, you first have to eliminate porn and then procrastination.

If you somehow eliminate or limit porn then you’ll surely see an increase in productivity. Porn also plays a big role in increasing the desire for masturbation.

I know it will take time, it may take months, but once your mind begins to go in the right direction, you’ll achieve greatness, believe me!

How To Come Back After A Relapse

So, as I said, I was going through a really tough time. I stopped writing on all of my sites. I took a break of one month, and in that one month, I wasn’t doing anything productive.

After 30 days, I realized that if I continue this, then I may lose the traffic of this site which I don’t want at any cost.

NoFap’s main purpose is to cut porn from your life and save your seed energy. Practicing Nofap doesn’t mean you can’t do other stuff like scrolling your Instagram, following a bikini model or eating junk food.

It is your life, you can do whatever you want to, but limiting things like fast food, social media, and other addiction (like ciga*ettes and al*ohol) will improve your life overall.

Can I Watch Porn On NoFap?

Absolutely Not!

Porn is way more dangerous than masturbation. It sucks your mental energy and wastes your precious time. Also, it increases body insecurity.

Shockingly, there are not many critics of porn available on the internet. Most doctors say it doesn’t affect negatively in any way.

There are only a few studies that show the negative sides of porn, however, it is extremely easy to find supportive material on the internet about porn. Because of it, the porn industry is increasing rapidly, in fact, it earns more than Hollywood.

How Long Should I Practice NoFap?

At least 30 days.

Most people target 90 days because some studies suggest that the reboot process can take up to 90 days, however, I have noticed, practicing Nofap even for 30 days is enough to see notable changes.

But, it also depends on how badly you’ve been addicted to PMO. However, the general time period for recovering from PMO is 30 to 90 days.
