It’s day two everybody and I’m feeling awesome.

Last night I was thinking, how fast life changes from childhood to adulthood. It feels like yesterday I was a kid and today you know.

Life was so good back then. No work, no tension, no worries.

But it was Yesterday, it is over. You can’t get it back. There are no re-dos. Stop dwelling on the past; you can’t change it. Pull your socks up and keep moving.

Change your destiny. You are not here to sleep and fap. You are here to achieve your life goals.

This Is How I’m Gonna Deal With The urges Today

Today I know I’m not gonna face urges of masturbation and porn at all but up comings days could be hard for me. So, I have to be prepared for it.

Today I’m gonna make a list of what to do or whatnot.

In that list I’m gonna include tasks like 20 push-ups, 10 mins running, and completing my pending assignment.

I hope, I will be able to complete all the tasks today, I will do my best.

Prepare yourself and make a what-to-do list. Don’t think about your past and don’t take any kind of tension because you may relapse.

What to do if you are getting thoughts about masturbation and porn constantly?

Just go outside instantly or engage your brain in any activity which you like. In my case, whenever I get any kind of thoughts like that, I just start to play my favorite video game “Fifa”.

Playing video games instantly changes your mood and helps to eliminate thoughts like that.

Don’t Check Your Social Media Apps

Some people might not agree with this point, but actually using social media apps like Instagram or snap chat may increase your chance of relapse, especially if you are following hot models on it.

I recommend unfollowing those models because they are not bigger than your life. They not gonna help you in your tough times. They will make you more depressed.

Do not relapse!

This is it, day 2 of nofap, a step towards changing your life. If you will successfully pass it, then you will create a strong base for you, this initial stage is extremely important. Don’t relapse during the first week.
