From today, I have decided that I will take cold showers as well. As you all know, cold showers are incredibly beneficial for our bodies. So, let’s come to the topic, day 3 of nofap, feeling the power. Even though it is just day 3 still I am facing powerful urges, I’m trying my best to suppress these urges. I’m writing this post outside my home, in a park because if I had stayed at my home, I would have relapsed.

Stopping yourself from pleasuring yourself is the most difficult thing to do. It takes lots of willpower. Most people surrender when they face these urges.

Replace porn with a new habit

I always say, acquire a new habit and replace it with PMO, it can change your life. In my case, I’m trying to replace the habit of PMO with writing. I’m trying to improve my writing skills and also putting effort to push this blog.

Whenever someone gives a positive response to my post, it boosts my willpower and helps me to keep going.

I don’t know when this journey gonna end. I think I will not be going to watch porn again in my entire life.
