The Reason To Stay Away From Porn Forever
The main reason to quit porn is dopamine. It is neurochemical. Inside the brain, dopamine plays important roles in executive functions, motor control, motivation, arousal, reinforcement, and reward, as well as lower-level functions including lactation, and sexual gratification.
