We all want glowing, shining, and crystal clear skin but there is something that is stopping us to get that.

What it is? Fapping!

Our skin requires a sufficient amount of protein, vitamins, and other important minerals to be healthy and when we jerk off we lose essential minerals such as protein, vitamin C, vitamin B12, and many more key nutrients, that may cause skin dullness and aging.

Does Fapping Cause Acne?

According to science, there is no relation between fapping and skin acne. Fapping doesn’t cause acne at all. Its effect on hormone levels is only tangentially associated with acne development.

Can NoFap Improve My Skin Complexion?

Yes, I have noticed that during my nofap journey, my skin looks healthier and youthful. When you are on track, you are not losing all the precious elements or nutrients from your body and it will help your skin.

Dark Circle And NoFap:

Dark circles impact our personality. Semen contains a structural protein known as Collagen which is extremely important for healthy skin.

You stare at the screen for hours and hours and it impacts your eyes and you get dark circles when you are on a Nofap challenge you do not use your phone too often and it helps your eyes.

NoFap Makes Your Skin Glow

nofap superpowers

NoFap improves your blood circulation (I have experienced it) and Blood circulation delivers oxygen, cells, proteins, and nutrients to the skin and removes carbon dioxide and waste. There is a connection between blood circulation and glowing skin.

People who are on a nofap track for a while are seeing the difference. They are saying that nofap is making their skin a lot tighter and youthful.

When you are eating foods like eggs, spinach, kale, artichokes, and other green vegetables and not jerking off all the time, it helps your skin because it will help in the production of a protein known as collagen.

Collagen helps to get healthy, clear, and tighter skin.

What Does Semen Contain?

Semen contains over 200 separate proteins, as well as vitamins and minerals including vitamin C, calcium, chlorine, citric acid, fructose, lactic acid, magnesium, nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium, sodium, vitamin B12, and zinc.

All of these are vital for healthy skin, especially Vitamin C, Protein, and Vitamin B12.

How Vitamin C Present In Semen Helps Your Skin

The antioxidant properties of vitamin C and its role in collagen production make vitamin C a key molecule for skin health. Dietary and topical ascorbic acid (Vitamin C) has beneficial effects on skin cells, and some researches have shown that vitamin C may help prevent and treat ultraviolet (UV)-induced photo damage(1).

How Protein Present In Semen Helps Your Skin

As the higher end of average ejaculate volume is 10mL for men, this is approximately 0.5g (500mg) of protein per ejaculate on average.

Collagen (A Protein), which makes up 80% of your skin’s structure, provides firmness and strength. Elastin provides elasticity and helps your skin stay tight. During weight gain, the skin expands to make room for increased growth in the abdomen and other parts of the body(2).

Job Of Vitamin B12 For Your Skin

Vitamin B12 helps to control the production of pigment in the skin, helping to prevent dark spots and pigmentation. Cobalamin (Vitamin B12) also assists the body with the metabolism of protein which, in turn, supports the growth of healthy skin cells and helps to repair damaged skin(3).

What You Can Do More Besides NoFap

Some skin care tips for you.

1: Protect yourself from the sun

One of the most important ways to take care of your skin is to defend it from the sun. A lifetime of sun exposure can cause age spots, wrinkles, and other skin problems as well as raise the risk of skin cancer.

2: Eat A Healthy Diet

A good diet can help you look and feel your best. Eat lots of fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and lean proteins. The association between diet and acne isn’t clear but some study suggests that food rich in fish oil or fish oil supplements and low in unhealthy fats and processed carbohydrates might encourage younger-looking skin.

3: Drink plenty of water

Even with a short amount of dehydration, your body works less optimally. The moment you’re dehydrated, it will take a toll on your skin, making it look dull, flaky, saggy, and loose.

4: Get enough vitamin C

A diet rich in vitamin C leads to fewer wrinkles. Studies have found that skin exposed to vitamin C for long periods can produce up to eight times more collagen and more collagen means better skin.

5:- Exercise

Exercise increases the circulation of oxygen and nutrients and releases toxins through sweat, which leads to clearer skin. Remember to smile, the best exercise you can do for your face.

6: Sleep

Your skin rejuvenates and repairs itself regularly while you are asleep. Make sure that you not only sleep for eight hours at night but that it is quality sleep.

7: Avoid Sugar

Refined sugar, white bread, and soda cause your insulin levels to spike, which leads to a burst of inflammation throughout the body. Inflammation builds enzymes that break down collagen and elastin, following in sagging skin and wrinkles.
