  • Nofap Worth It?: The Only Way To Reinvent Yourself
Nofap reinvent

I am just trying to reinvent myself self but it is not that easy. Today I’m feeling good but still, there is something that I’m missing and I don’t know what.

By the way, today I went to the gym and met a guy who has been on nofap for more than a year, he wasn’t even remembered for how long he has been practicing nofap.

He told me that he was affected by PMO really deeply and one day, he finally realized it is killing his gains, so he decided to quit pleasuring himself for nothing.

He also told me that he relapsed many times, and each time when he relapsed he used to feel terrible about himself.

I asked him, what types of techniques did you use to stop yourself from watching porn and jerking off?

He replied, “I am a fitness maniac, I wanted to have a shredded body, and that is what kept me motivated. I replaced PMO with my only love, bodybuilding.”

He stated, by far it was the most difficult thing in my life. However, I used to watch motivational videos at that time about how someone can stop watching porn and masturbation.

Replacing a bad habit with a good one is a superb idea.

But the question is, how hard it is to replace a bad habit with a good one?

According to my, it is the most difficult thing in the world, it is nearly impossible for someone to stop doing something which he has been doing for such a long time.

When you do something good or bad for a long period of time your brain starts remembering it.

After one point you’re so habituated now that your brain doesn’t even have to process anything. Your body remembers it better now.

Is Masturbation Healthy?

(Source:- Plannedparenthood.com)

Science says, “It is absolutely normal if you masturbate 1 or 2 times a day.  It’s completely normal to masturbate (touch yourself for sexual satisfaction) whether you’re sexually active with other people or not. Masturbation even has benefits, like reducing stress”.

When you have an orgasm, your body releases endorphins, which are hormones that prevent pain and make you feel good. The good feelings that accompany an orgasm happen whether you’re by yourself or having sex with a partner.

Lots of research has shown the health benefits of masturbation. Masturbation can:

  • release sexual tension
  • reduce stress
  • help you sleep better
  • improve your self-esteem and body image
  • help treat sexual problems
  • relieve menstrual cramps and muscle tension
  • strengthen muscle tone in your pelvic and anal areas

If Masturbation Has Benefits Than Why To Do NoFap?

All the benefits mentioned above are based on scientific evidence but I don’t think it’s true, maybe some people might agree with me.

I wanna ask you something,

Have you ever felt low after masturbation, no work, no energy?

Do you like to go to the gym after masturbation?

Do you feel confident?

Do you feel ashamed after doing it?

Does masturbation increase your energy?

And now when you stopped masturbation for a week or a month,

Did you feel good?

Did you feel energized every day?

Did It boost your confidence?

Have you felt ashamed by not masturbating?

500k people on the Reddit community of nofap are lying?

Only you know the answer.

I know how it feels after a relapse, and that is why I have created a program that’ll help you quit porn and masturbation addiction, check out Reboot Cure (Featured in TheGuardian, Inc, Forbes)

A new article published on NOFAP

Healthline recently published an article on nofap where they said all the benefits of nofap that people are getting may be because of the placebo effect.

In case you don’t know what is a placebo effect,

A placebo is anything that seems to be a “real” medical treatment — but isn’t. It could be a pill, a shot, or some other type of “fake” treatment. (Source- Webmd)

So basically Healthline said Nofap Fake. But still, google ranked them number 1 for the search term “Nofap Benefits”. That means if a guy wants to start nofap and he searched “nofap benefits” on google and read the article published by Healthline, he will go into a dilemma, whether he should start nofap or not.

3 Main Reasons To Take A NoFap Challange

Nofap has many benefits, I have discussed that in the article, where I have mentioned 46 benefits of nofap. Read

But there are only 3 reasons.

1:- For Yourself

If you are reading this, that means you really want to quit porn and masturbation but not getting enough motivation to do so.

Maybe you are trying really hard for a long time, watching tons of videos every day, reading hundreds of articles on nofap but still not finding the way.

I cannot boost your motivation by a single post however I can only tell you one thing that is, “You got only one life.” This line is really deep if you think about it.

Believe it or not, I was also like you, a guy who wanted to quit all this but did not want to do any hard work.

Just wasting your time, watching random people having sex, makes you depress and destroys your motivation. So, stop it!

I know it’s not easy.

Like I said earlier, replace a bad habit with a good one. But it will take lots of willpower. Are you ready for this?

2:- For Your Health

There is no scientific research that says excessive masturbation causes any harmful effect on your health. However, watching porn may cause some issues like erectile dysfunction and social isolation.

Erectile dysfunction is common among men. Almost 10 million people suffer from this disability. Having this kind of disability is shameful.

But there is still hope for people who are suffering from this. Try the nofap challenge. It does bring your dopamine level back to normal and may help in fighting ED.

Many people have a claim on the internet that nofap has cured ED. However, there is no scientific research linking that. You may also consider penile prosthesis, especially if NoFap has not cured the issue.

People have also claimed that excessive masturbation made their immune system weaker. They have noticed that they are falling sick continuously.

And again, there is no scientific study.

It depends on you, whether you believe in the research or the people.

I think, excessive masturbation really impacts your health. I used to feel weak when I was a guy who used to fap a lot, I mean a lot, like 2-3 times a day. and it had impacted my health deeply, I used to get a fever every 2 months until I decided to quit that shit!

3:- For You Future

nofap future

There is nothing left in watching porn and shaking your sword. Instead, do something productive man!

Life gives you a chance. but it’s you who grab it and make it big. If you will waste those chances then you will surely gonna regret it.

Using your precious time, you can make a blog like this, you can create your own youtube channel or you can study hard and get great marks. You can become a millionaire, billionaire, trillionaire as well. Jut kidding, not a trillionaire, but yeah, you know what I meant to say.

Let’s take my example,

Before 2017 I was doing nothing just going to college, attending classes, watching porn, masturbating, and finally sleeping.

I didn’t know what I’m gonna do later in my life. But now I have a clear vision of my future, and I know what to do. That is only because of nofap because it allowed me time to settle down and think about my future.

Now I’m doing good, I wanted to be a successful entrepreneur and now I’m getting closer to achieving my dream.

If a normal guy like me can pull this off then why not you!

Do this, Just do this.
